At Kushals, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange your items within 15 days of delivery, provided they are in their original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include the printed return slip inside the parcel.

  Schedule Pickup

  Choose a convenient time slot for our courier partner to collect the package from your doorstep, or drop it off at a designated location.

  Receive Refund

  Once our quality team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
